We do not accept returns on apparel that has been embroidered or altered in any way, which includes hemming.
These items are custom manufactured just for you. Reach out to your Customer Service Representative if there
is an issue with your order. You must keep all packaging until everything is inspected.
We are unable to file claims for damages if packaging has been destroyed.
